So I saw the Lackadaisy pilot and it reignited my love for the comic, the style of which I tried emulating years ago. So let's try it again. How? By Lackadaisifying one of my characters, the Nightbringer.
The man himself suddenly got warped through time and space to 1920s St. Louis with just his clothes and his smartphone on him. What does he do? He adapts. He gets used to being a humanoid cat. Learns the city layout. He disassembles the phone for parts and knowledge on how things in it work. He makes a new more cruder suit with what he can find in the 1920s. He even manages to construct a car as well later on when it seems that rescue from his world is taking a long time to get him. In any case, the mission is never over and the Nightbringer answers the call always.
